The 2025 World Women's Car of the Year is evaluated by a panel of 82 female automotive journalists from 55 countries on five continents in terms of safety, driving, technology, comfort, efficiency, eco-friendliness, cost-effectiveness, and gender equality.
The Santa Fe was selected as the best large SUV with its unique H-shaped lamp, linear design, and spacious interior, and was praised for its powertrain consisting of a 1.6 turbo hybrid and plug-in hybrid, as well as its diverse and practical features.
The EV3 received high praise from the judges for its ample driving range of up to 605 km on a single charge according to the European WLTP standard, excellent quality, various convenient features, and outstanding price competitiveness, and won the best compact SUV category.
