Hyundai Motor Company unveiled the Santa Cruz pickup truck targeting the North American market.

Santa Cruz resembles Hyundai's semi-midsize SUV Tucson in size, design, and interior configuration.
Local media have evaluated that Santa Cruz is more of an urban pickup than a traditional off-roader.

The length of the loading box is up to 4.3 feet / the loading capacity is 1300 pounds, which is relatively small compared to the competitors.
Instead, Hyundai Motor Company differentiated itself by placing a separate storage space (floor trunk) under the floor of the loading box and providing a roll-top type cover.

- As a general gasoline engine, it has a maximum output of 190 horsepower and a maximum torque of about 24.8kgf.m.

- The turbo engine has a maximum output of 275 horsepower and a maximum torque of about 42.8kgf.m.

- The drive method is front-wheel drive, and four-wheel drive can also be selected.

- The 10-inch digital instrument panel and seats are the same as those of Tucson, and the composition of convenience items such as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support, lane maintenance assistance, blind spot monitoring system, attachment cruise control, and surround view cameras are also similar.
