‘Coupe-type SUV’ challenges a new genre

It appeared in the North American market for the first time last month. Based on the Genesis brand's design philosophy of 'dynamic elegance', it inherited the elegance and strength of the basic car along with its unique dynamism.

In short, a coupe-type SUV with high-performance sensibility.
It is characterized by the addition of coupe DNA to the design and performance of the basic car, giving a glimpse of Genesis' will to develop a vehicle that is both excellent in performance and emotional through the perfect harmony of conflicting elements.

Looking at the details, the front headlamp, like the GV80, uses a Micro Lens Array type LED lamp.
The high-performance image was emphasized by applying a ‘double-layered G-matrix’ pattern radiator grill to the crest grill.

Especially the sides and back that look unusual. This sense of proportion highlights the strong and dynamic style of the wagwan design through the perfect harmony of the 'parabolic line' of the arched line across the car body and the low, gently falling roof line.

The interior space is equipped with a 27-inch display with an integrated digital instrument panel and infotainment system. Based on this, it is expected to increase the sense of openness and luxury inside the interior, and an interior atmosphere that seems to neatly organize unnecessary gaze is felt.

The North American GV80 Coupe was first unveiled in the North American market at the LA Motor Show last month, and details such as North American release schedule and price are scheduled to be announced in 2024.
